I strongly recommend this book even if you’re not into reading poetry. These poems tug at your soul but never come across as wordy or pompous. For anyone on a journey away from toxic relationships this is a salve and a promise that if you put yourself first eventually your happiness will come back. I particularly liked the poem Hierarchy.
